We build resources for learning and action.
Our resources are informed by science and practice, and draw on diverse perspectives - from neuroscience, social psychology, and political science to marketing and human-centered design.
We provide critical insights for understanding the interplay between communication and conflict. Our resources review key emotions like fear, anger, disgust, and hope; the power of social norms and expectations; the shifting nature of social identity; the patterns of speech that lead to conflict; and the roles of leaders at all levels of society.
Our design tools incorporate these insights and provide pathways for taking concrete action that leverages the transformative potential of communication.
